First time at this Braceria: we read the reviews and stopped in. It's a quaint place with outdoor seating, truly unique. The idea of ​​choosing your meat directly from the counter and having it served on the spot is wonderful: excellent quality! The staff is kind, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommended if you're in the area; just bring a sweater for the evening. We'll definitely be back!

Visiting Ostuni with friends, we were looking for a grill restaurant where we could enjoy some traditional fare. The grill restaurant is nestled in the countryside and has outdoor tables; everything is very basic, but that's nice. You arrive, look at the meat counter, and choose what you want. In addition to the meat, you choose the side dishes and drinks. Soon, your order arrives, in the order you ordered. Everything was excellent!!! The prices were more than reasonable. Reservations were a bit difficult, although we managed to book via WhatsApp.

We were here tonight on Ferragosto (August 15th) for the '90s music evening and to try the famous Apulian bombette. The meat was exceptional, the bombette were delicious. It's a truly beautiful place, overlooking Ostuni; it's quiet and informal, and they make you feel right at home. Everyone is friendly and kind. The limoncello and biscuits also deserve special mention. We'll definitely be back ❤️

An exceptional experience... ample parking, comfortable seating or cushions to sit in the very characteristic garden... very kind, helpful, and attentive staff... the quality of the food is top-notch, starting with the expertly cooked vegetables (try the fried zucchini or the eggplant in oil, a real treat) and moving on to the meat... As a true carnivore, touring Italy, I've found a selection of very good dishes here: incredibly tender midriff and the famous torcinelli involtini, or whatever you call them, sublime... my next visit will include a cut of heifer, seen at the next table, inviting and certainly delicious. Highly recommended

It was so good we went back twice. Spectacular food in a simple but charming place. I would recommend it to anyone!

Exceptional experience. Very hospitable staff, delicious food. We ordered two small side dishes for €3 each: potatoes and eggplant. We were also offered a bruschetta each. We ate a lot of meat, which cost €37/kg. The lamb was truly special, but the bombette and sausage were also good. Before leaving, they offered us a limoncello or an amaro, all for €45 for two, paid by card. Highly recommended.

We went to Arrostuni and were thrilled! The famous bombette are truly amazing: tasty, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The outdoor setting is charming and welcoming, with a family atmosphere that makes you feel right at home, and a spectacular view of Ostuni's historic center. The service was impeccable, friendly, and attentive, with the staff always smiling and helpful. Nico was the best waiter we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic, traditional flavors in a relaxed and pleasant setting.
